Why do we bother having a stone mill to grind our wheat every day? Baked goods made with freshly milled flour taste phenomenal, and whole grain bread is life-enhancing. We use premium wheat bought from family owned farms located in the finest wheat growing region in the world -- Montana. And we only use pure and simple ingredients in our products.
