We like to mix it up a little. Every month we have a new baking schedule. We make some breads every single day, but others only on certain days. Why? - it is boring for us bakers to just make the same thing over and over and we want to offer you something new from time to time. Some days we even have our "bakers choice" -- when we try something new or we bring back an old favorite!
