Bread Nutrition

We think you should know what you are eating, so here are the facts!

A lot of breads have a long list of ingredients, many of which even most adults can't pronounce. Not at Great Harvest! We can not only pinpoint exactly where our wheat comes from (we buy directly from the farmers), but we know exactly what goes into every loaf. We make every bread from scratch right here in our Lincoln bakery.

We are also big believers in giving our customers easy access to nutrition information about every product. So much so, we have posted our nutrition information here for everyone to see. So, go ahead and click on a bread and see all the wholesome details!
